George Perez is a skilled artist who has the ability to convey any scene he's tasked to do so. He is the kind of artist who if you gave him a hundred plus characters and a scene he'll put them on the page in perfect detail, one of the best examples he did was this piece, you can see all the small attention to detail other artist would skim over to save time somewhere else.
