Reina is ready for the next battle!

Namco-Bandai is shaking up the Tekken world with a hot and spicy new addition: Reina! This brand new character is taking the series by storm with a unique mix of Heihachi and Bayonetta. Her swanky style and bold fighting flair are a tantalizing combination that'll have your pulse racing with anticipation. With the reveal that there will be a new character with a Heihachi-esque playstyle, many were skeptical. Sure, Jin had his mother's fighting style mixed in, but Heihachi is a force unto himself. Kuma, meanwhile, got a free pass with his bear-y adorable gimmick.

It's time to welcome this fiery femme fatale into the Tekken lineup with open arms. Her fighting flair and unique combination of styles are just the tip of the iceberg, and we can only imagine what other fierce surprises Reina will bring to the game. With the announcement that she'd be a new character in the upcoming Tekken 8, the hype train has been at an all-time high, and it's no surprise why! From the moment she debuted in the trailer to her eye-catching and powerful moves, Reina has captured the attention of Tekken fans everywhere. Get ready for some serious battle action when she enters the arena!

The gameplay footage has solidified suspicions of the leaked roster: Reina's move set is an electrifying homage to the one and only Heihachi! Utilizing the legendary Electric God Fist and headbutt attacks. Which according to the leaks makes sense because shes supposed to be Heihachi's daughter. Reina gives new life to these iconic moves with her gothic, Japanese flair. When she spots Jin, she playfully calls him "senpai," which, given the fact that she's Heihachi's third illegitimate child, makes a lot more sense. Kazyua upon seeing her wants to know who she is when she cheekily hand waves it away. Prepare to be shocked and awed as this dark princess electrifies the arena and takes Tekken fans by storm!
