 Evo continues to be like a second Christmas for fighting game enthusiasts, bringing a fresh wave of exciting news. 


Tekken 8 remains a juggernaut in the fighting game community, with its over-the-top anime-inspired story and thrilling DLCs. The game just keeps on delivering, and today, it did not disappoint at Evo


Tekken 8 has just unveiled its newest DLC character: the patriarch of the Mishima Zaibatsu, Heihachi Mishima! Known for his ruthless tactics, including throwing his own son off a cliff, Heihachi is back to wreak havoc. Judging by the trailer, he’s ready to unleash his Electric Wind God Fist and maybe toss a few more fighters off cliffs. Get ready for some intense battles!


The trailer kicks off with stunning scenes of fighters perfecting the Mishima fighting style, all under the watchful eyes of the heroes from a distance. Suddenly, Heihachi bursts onto the scene, ready for action. We even get a chilling moment with Reina under a blood moon, declaring, "It's time." The tension builds as Heihachi slowly removes a mask, revealing his fierce expression. The trailer then shows him striding angrily through a volcano, intercut with flashbacks from previous Tekken games. It's a dramatic and thrilling showcase that perfectly sets the stage for his return!
