Dead Rising: Deluxe Remaster

Capcom Delivers an Exciting Preview of the Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster! Capcom bursts out of the gate with an exciting in-depth look at the upcoming Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, which they admit is closer to a full-blown remake. This remaster will retain the original story and gameplay we love while adding fantastic new features like moving and shooting mechanics and stunningly recreated graphics reminiscent of the Resident Evil series. Giving the zombies more gore, and giving frank and the cast more dynamic depth.

The Dead Rising Remaster presentation ends with some extra goodies, including the release date

I'm super hyped that Capcom remembered our beloved mall-bound horror game! They wrapped up the Dead Rising segment with more info on the pre-order version, which includes extra costumes and music. Get ready to dive back into the chaos with even more style and sound!

Resident Evil 7 IOS Port:

Speaking of horror games, Capcom gave us an exciting in-depth look at the iOS ports of Resident Evil. They showcased Resident Evil 7 and Resident Evil Village coming to iOS, bringing the spine-chilling experience to mobile devices!

During the iOS portion of the presentation, they featured an interview with the head developer of Resident Evil 7, [Name]. The interview provided valuable insights into the game's development, highlighting their goal to create a horror experience worthy of the Resident Evil legacy. The developer emphasized that first-person perspective was chosen to enhance the horror, as having a visible character on screen could detract from the fear factor. While I personally disagree, I understand his point of view. I can see how having a character might lessen the impact of jump scares and overall immersion.

During the presentation, they transitioned to an interview with Dead Rising's lead developer, [Name]. He reflected on how some at Capcom initially thought the game was too violent, but the enthusiastic support from gamers made it possible. Players loved the innovative combat mechanics. When asked if Dead Rising aimed to dethrone Resident Evil, he explained that Dead Rising's humor and silliness set it apart, making it a unique gaming experience. The interview is packed with fascinating discussions on game design for both Dead Rising and Resident Evil 7 and is definitely worth a watch for any fan.

The presentation concluded with an exciting announcement detailing the lineup of games set to go on sale during the upcoming summer promotion.

This presentation has been an exhilarating showcase for Capcom fans, highlighting their secondary heavy hitters with Dead Rising, while seamlessly continuing their combo with the re-release of Resident Evil 7. It's truly an exciting time for Capcom fans overall.
